Cortney Stuart, patrol officer

Cortney joined the Chesterfield Police Department in January 1999. She has been one of our finer employees throughout her career as a reserve officer.

She was a member of the Daleville Police Department prior to coming to Chesterfield.

Cortney holds a a bachelor of science degree in criminal justice from Indiana University. Her training includes the state of Indiana mandated Pre-Basic, 40-hour course and many other courses of instruction the department has made mandatory. She has extensive documentation in classes regarding domestic violence and sexual assault.

She is currently employed at a work release center in this county. Her duties at this job include the monitoring of inmates and employees under her direct supervision.
