Captain Stephen L. Mullen

Steve joined the Chesterfield Police Department in December 1973 as a reserve officer.

Steve serves this community as the lead investigator and oversees many of the grants that this police department has acquired. He is the training coordinator and has the responsibility of seeing that all the officers receive the necessary state mandated updates each year.

He has received extensive training in investigative areas and is a general instructor with the department. His expertise in sexual assault investigations and domestic violence has lead him to be a county-wide instructor for Madison County.
