Through the hard work of our police officers on the streets, the training officers and administrative staff officers in the office, and the elected city officials, we have earned the recognition of the law enforcement community as being one of the best equipped, most technically advanced, finest trained police departments in the area. Our participation in statewide programs such as Operation Pullover has earned us recognition as being a very proactive agency. Chesterfield is a community that is still growing. It is growing in population and ideals. In order for this community to continue to advance, we as a police department must also recognize the need to advance with it. Our town is a great place to settle down and raise a family. National recognition in Little League has helped to gain notoriety in this area. As a community we are fortunate to have community leaders that care about helping our citizens in their times of need.
