“Food Booth Application”

Festival Hours                           Friday, September 12th                          4pm to 10pm
                                                                Saturday, September 13th                     11am to 10pm
                                                                Sunday, September 14th                        11am to 5pm
                                                                          

Food Booth Rental Fees:       Minimum Space is 15 Foot

15 Foot Space (Front Footage) $150.00

25 Foot Space (Front Footage) $250.00

Due to limited number of food vendors, we must have your application and deposit no later than May 1st 2008.  Final payment in full is due by August 29th 2008 in order to hold your spot. 

Depth of space is adjustable within reason, Front Footage is exact.

Please be specific – we need to know the exact footage needed including awnings, tie downs, and hitches.  Deposits are non-refundable.  No subletting of Space.

Registration / Set-up:  Please report to the Festival Information Booth before setting up.  Set-up time will be between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm Friday morning.  If you have any question please call 765-378-3331.

Water and electricity will be available with set-up.  Food vendors must supply their own fuse or breaker box and approved cord to connection point.  Vendors are responsible for keeping their assigned area free of litter at all times during the festival.  The festival will provide trash barrels. 

All applicants must complete and sign the application, the attached indemnification agreement, provide a copy of your 2008 Madison County Food Permit plus a deposit of 50% of your final fee.
